Due to the high altitude and limited infrastructure, deluxe facilities are not available in Kedarnath. Only basic accommodation with bedding facilities is available.
As per Government of India regulations, all guests (Indian or foreign nationals) must present valid photo identification at the time of hotel check-in. Accepted IDs include Passport with Visa, Voter ID, Driving License, or Aadhaar Card.
Hotels or accommodation providers reserve the right to deny stay if valid identification is not provided. The company will not be responsible for issues related to identification documents.
Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 11:00 hrs across most hotels in India. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
If meals are included in the package, they will generally be served on a fixed menu or buffet basis. Items not included in the set menu will be charged extra. Menu selection is entirely at the discretion of the hotel.
Some hotels may follow a meal credit policy during low occupancy periods. Any consumption beyond the allocated meal credit must be paid directly to the hotel.
Room service or food packing may be charged extra by certain hotels.
In the Char Dham region, most hotels serve North Indian vegetarian meals, often in the form of a thali when meals are included in the package.
Breakfast is usually served between 07:00 AM - 09:00 AM and dinner between 07:00 PM - 10:00 PM (timings may vary by hotel).
Extra beds in double rooms may be provided as a rollaway bed or mattress, depending on hotel policy.
In Char Dham and other hill regions, many hotels do not have air-conditioning, lift facilities, or power backup. Wi-Fi and room heaters may be available at an additional cost, and internet connectivity may be limited due to network issues.
Many hotels in the Char Dham region operate only during the pilgrimage season. Therefore, the facilities and room standards may differ from hotels in cities like Haridwar, Rishikesh, or Delhi.
During peak months such as May and June, hotel rates in Char Dham can be higher due to high demand. Early booking is highly recommended.
Air-conditioning will not operate in hilly areas or when the vehicle is parked or stopped. AC usage generally stops after Rishikesh or Dehradun when entering hill regions.

The vehicle will be used only for sightseeing points mentioned in the itinerary and within city limits. Additional sightseeing or off-route visits must be discussed with the company in advance.
No refund will be provided if any sightseeing point is missed due to time constraints, weather, or other unavoidable circumstances.
In case of vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons, we will arrange an alternative vehicle as soon as possible. Minor repairs may be carried out during the tour.
The company shall not be responsible for delays or changes caused by natural disasters, landslides, weather conditions, political unrest, accidents, or transport breakdowns.
Drivers are required to follow government traffic regulations and will not drive in no-entry zones or unsafe road conditions.
Standard driver duty hours are 12 hours per day. Additional usage may incur extra charges.
In some hill areas, driving after sunset may be restricted for safety reasons.
Pickup and drop location will be one designated point only unless otherwise agreed in writing before booking.
