Payment Policy
HNK Travel Solutions Pvt. Ltd. enters into a contact with you, once you have confirmed the tour with us, and have made an advance payment to hold the services against your name. Right from the time you confirm the tour with us, your trip becomes our responsibility and we take utmost care of it.
Payments: In order to confirm the arrangements, we would require a prepayment of 50% of the land package cost and 100% of domestic airfare (if involved) as advance payment. The remaining balance can be settled 10 working days prior to the travel date or at the time of your arrival in New Delhi. Please note that any failure in the payment or delay in the payment will result in the cancelation of the tour.
