After experiencing Char Dham Yatra with HNK Solutions, we decided to go with the same company. Harjot prepared the tour package for Nepal and India. All the Hotels, Drivers and Guides excellent. Harjot also booked Abhishek Darshan at Pashupatinath and Kashi Vishvanath. Due to preparations at Prayag for Maha Kumbha Mela we were not able to go to Triveni Sangam as per our itinerary. Our driver Dhan Bahadur insisted that we should go to Prayag on the day of our return flight which was at 5.00 pm. Harjot went out of her way to make sure we visited Prayag without any additional cost due to extra Kilometres. We were dropped at the airport on time for our flight.

From booking the tour to the end Harjot checked on us everyday. HNK Solutions will certainly be our choice again.

We were assigned Harjot who was very prompt in answering phones and was always willing to resolve any issue that could bother us. It was a pleasure dealing with Harjot. If there was only one issue, We will not choose Mountain club In Munnar. Club Mahindra where we were wait listed, would have been much better. Also, the houseboat , which was classified as Deluxe, did not appear to be so. So, although you deal with an agent over the phone, we realized there were many middlemen and some compromise could be occurring at any level. But overall, it was a very good experience. Thanks.
